Can anyone help me identify a true 1st of this book. The book I have was
published by Little Brown &Co, The cover is blue cloth with silver gilt
and white lettering, With a picture of the Bounty On spine and front,
The end papers are illustrated with scenes of the island  and natives of
Tahiti. The copyright page has the following,  "COPYRIGHT
 1932- BY LITTLE BROWN AND COMPANY - ALL RIGHTS RESERVED - PUBLISHED
OCTOBER, 1932-  there are 396 pp, The Dust Jacket front is Illustrated
with a picture of a longboat approaching the bounty the back has a promo
for Falcons of France by the same authors, The price on the DJ is $2.50.

This looks like a second issue of the first edition; the first issue had
plain endpapers.  Also--though you don't mention it--the second printing dj
has reviews on the back flap (ref. Ahearn & Ahearn, CB).  The Ahearns offer
an estimate (give or take approx 20%) of $200 for the FE/2nd iss. in VG to F
condition.
