Notes and Queries

Post by Joshi » Tue, 16 Sep 1997 04:00:00

Is there anyone who would know how I may go about finding a copy of
Notes and Queries, an early anthropological text?  I have a feeling it
may be very expensive, but I was just wondering.

Joshie:
Notes and Queries is a magazine. There's also American Notes and
Queries, now called ANQ.  These are where people used to find answers
to questions in the days before newsgroups.  The original Notes and
Queries has been published for over 100 years now.  You can find long runs
of these at big research libraries all over the world.  --Chris
