Anyone having any problems w/Signature Rookies?

Post by dabo » Thu, 06 Jul 1995 04:00:00

Has anyone had any problems with getting voucher autograph sent to them from
the Signature Rookies company? I sent in a voucher for an OJ autograph over
3 1/2 months ago and keep getting the run around from them. Every time I call
they say they are waiting on the Lucite holder for the card to go into and it
will be 2 more weeks. I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this
problem with them?
I would think that when they place the voucher cards in the packs, they would
of had enough supply of the Lucite holders to cover the amount of autographs
that OJ signed. Any response is appreciated.....

Why don't you just tell them to forget the Lucite holder and send
the card to you?  As long as the card gets to you in mint condition,
what does a $2 case matter?

In terms of vouchers from them though, I have found them to be very
fast and prompt in their service, as it took just under a couple
of weeks for them to send me my card.

I agree with Mike on both counts.  The Lucite holder _is_ awesome, and
really makes the cards complete.  As far as Signature Rookies themselves,
I have had nothing but the best of luck in dealing with them.  If your
still having problems, try to contact Keith Seager, their supervisor of
customer support.  The numbers I have for them are:
     717-945-7996 and 717-945-7753
I had a problem with some of their hockey product, and he handled it
personally.  I was completely satisfied, and actually surprised by how
much they care about their customers.

Actually, it's worth the wait to get the lucite holder.  It's a super
premium holder that makes the cards and the redeemed certificate
look awesome.  It's pretty big too.  The entire package will weigh
about 5 pounds.  Wait a bit more because Signature Rookies has been
very reliable.
