What is best glue for Al to AL

What is best glue for Al to AL

Am trying to figure out how to use a slide hammer panel puller on an
aluminum body without drilling the body for the sheet metal***end of
the hammer.  For steel they have a "spitznagel"(sp?) that spot welds a
pin on the body that the hammer grips to.  Don't have that for AL as far
as I know.  Would like to glue an AL (or maybe steel) pin to the body
that the hammer can grip to.  Would appreciate your thoughts.

I assume that the 'dents' are too severe to be pulled with vacuum.
Is there any chance that you can tolerate drilling a small hole in the inside
panel so as to allow you to punch the dent out from the inside? This assumes
that filling a hole on some 'remote' place will be tolerable to your
application.
I know Max (owner of Dent Fix -- Spitznagle) would be happy to tell you how
he would do it. He is now in the process of making an AL airplane. His shop is
in El Segundo Ca.

The best Al glue I've ever used is IFC's GR (1-800-778-0833).  It's an
epoxy.  Gluing a pin to the surface won't cut it.  Put a flat head rivet
through a countersunk hole in a (say) 1" square of (say) 1/8" thick Al
and glue that on.  Remove later with heat.

The "(say)"s are 'cause I haven't actually used this idea for dent
removal and am guessing at the dimensions.

We use  a Hysol Product on aircraft to glue standoffs (studs) to
stringers and bulkheads etc, and its dam near impossible to break free
without breaking the stud in the process. The products name slips my
mind at present, as we commonly just call it Hysol which is the
companies name. BTW they do have a web site.

This web address will get you in the ball park.
