Please do major happy dances for me!!  I've finally finished something!!
I'm great at beginnings.........This is a lap quilt for a sweet LOL friend
of mine.  She is moving to Idaho to live with her DD.  She gave me a
gorgeous green Hawaiian jacket and i cut it into bear paw pieces.  Used a
small green vine on off white fabric for the background.  It is really
pretty, and I'm not bragging, it's just that I usualy have odd taste, I like
to think of it as eclectic.   I did add a lable on the back that has
roosters on it.  She lives in Rogue River, home of the National Rooster
Crow!!  It is hard saying goodbye to this sweet lady............

Thanks for being there!

Boogie-ing for you in Edmonton, Barb.  It sounds lovely.  What a wonderful
going-away present for a dear friend.

Cheers,
Margaret

I'm Happy Dancin' in Panama City where we are finally getting a break from the
heat!  It went down to 73 last night, and very little humidity.

I'm dancing as fast as I can to catch up with everyone else. "Week before
school": that's my excuse du jour for being so late, and I'm stickin' to
it!
Here comes your very own Harlingen Happy Dance Polka (prize winning!)
for your finally finished quilt! Your friend is lucky indeed, and will
probably miss you as much as you'll miss her.
