Cruise in Alaska

Hi all,
My DH and I are leaving on an Alaskan Cruise 29May.  Our ports of call
are: Juneau, Skagway, Haines (arrival at 615P) and Ketchikan.  Does
anyone know of quilt shops at any/all of these towns.  I understand
that Alaska has wonderful hand painted fabrics and would like to get
some for my stash.  Thanks in advance for your help.

Alaska Dyeworks is in Wasilla a town near Anchorage. Unfortunately Wasilla
is not within driving distance from the ports you will dock in. Most the
towns you will be in are only reachable by air or water. Juneau just had a
quilt show so I'm sure they have a quilt shop, but I've never been there.
It costs more to fly Anchorage to Juneau then Anchorage to Denver. If the
S.E.X. isn't good the scenery will be magnificent. Enjoy.

I haven't been there in a couple years but Ketchikan had a quilt store that was
within walking distance of the dock.

Good luck!!
