Regular laundry detergent. (Unless it's silk.)

I use whatever I have. Whatever I have is always what's on sale that
I've
stocked up on. (don't have the product loyalty that my mom had. I
didn't
know there was anything but Tide till I grew up)

I only use a ***y bit and don't use the ones that have additives,
like
"color-safe bleach", if it's a new quilt I'm washing.

Ugh.  Ugh.  Ugh!!!

well, any liquid detergent on hand and cold water wash on gentle
cycle. no bleach, no oxy,.
hang dry untill just damp or air dry on the line in the shade till
just damp then
fluff/air setting in the dryer.
comes out terrific.
