What ever happened to Phebe Musselwhite?  She used to post all the time
and had such good advice and info.  Does anyone know why she doesn't
post any more?  Kitty

Hi Kitty,
Actually, I was chasing my tail around in a circle this weekend and I posted
a couple of times about the Puyallup expo.
I got a different email address...Maybe you didn't recognize me.
        Heh, heh, heh!

I haven't been posting lately.  Which, you know me, means I haven't been
reading lately, cuz if I think it I write it down.  Too many emails, too
little time.
I am trying to get all my New Year's Resolutions in order.
Gotta go floss the teeth!

Also, there were a coupla quilters who thought I was WAY off-topic TOO often
and they, well, SAID so.

I am amazed to see so many OT posts going on right NOW  <VEG>  I just went up
and RELABLED this thread--don't mind me, I am just a little JUMPY.

Pleased to see you still REMEMBER me, and even remember my amazing ramblings
as *helpful*. <grin>

I know I shouldn't do this...I  know I shouldn't...but  I can't help
myself...

The wonderful Phebe person, who still reads the NG and posts the odd
note from time to time, and DOES in fact have good advice, was one of
the roughly 100 people who left the NG last year after a big flame war
over off topic postings.

One or two of us have come back and post from time to time....but the NG
sadly misses Phebe's advice and the fun and wisdom of ALL of those who
left.

Cheers,

Lynne in Toronto

You were missed and are gladly welcomed back...it appears that as long
as one uses OT there are no objections to OT postings....
Warning to others reading this...don't start up, I have no interest in
reviving a war...I have too much to do as it is!!! ;^)

You want my opinion?  (going to get it anyway).  The heck with 'em. We
don't need quilt police IRTL or on the newsgroup IMNSHO.  They don't own
the newsgroup.  We ALL do.  "All" includes you too!!!

I, too, have missed Phebe, Sarah, & Verdi. The NG isn't as much fun without them. So while I read & post from time to time, I mostly
lurk.

Cindi,
Hi from the Pheebster.  Many pardons if I haven't been around.  I did finish
half of my UFOs last year...I just basted my Nana's Garden Quilt...I am back
at work at the fabric store...I am looking forward to the Sewing Expo, and
meeting GLENDA next weekend.
Hi to Appleseed Reid, who could forget him.  Hey Reid, keep that computer
volume on YOUR side of the room!
        Luv,
        Phebe
