Any quilt shops near Ithaca, NY??

My baby brother is in the country!!! (well, actually one of those 6 feet hairy
legged individuals you often talk about in the ng :o).

He flew in from Montevideo, Uruguay today to Cornell (my phone bill is going
to be huge, I spent all morning reassuring my mom "I am sure he will call
soon, don't worry, yes, I'll call you as soon as I hang up with him" - it's
not the first time he comes, BTW, it's just the way my mother is). He is
supposed to spend a week there taking this Hotel Management course and then
he'll come to visit me...(and buy BMW  bike parts, and see all the antique car
shows he can find in the area, etc. etc.) but he wants me to go pick him up
Friday and bring him to State College, and I was thinking... if I have the
excuse of a great quilting shop on the way maybe I'll go, otherwise he'll have
to undergo the enriching experience of riding a Greyhound bus... poor thing,
probably it would take him seven hours and three bus changes to get here!

So, any suggestions?

Marrisa,

There is a Quilt shop in Ithica, I would have to call my sister to find out
exactly where it was, she took me there once when I was visiting her.  It was a
very nice place, e-mail me if you need the info and I will call her for it,
otherwise you might just look it up in the phone book

It's called Quilter's Corners and it's on Hanshaw Rd in a little
plaza.  You can't se it from the road but it's there.  It is a nice
store.  If you do go, e-mail me and I can give you really detailed
directions from Cornell.

If you're coming from State College, you'll have to go through
Binghamton or Elmira to get to Ithaca.  Let me know which way and I'll
tell you about another good store.  There's one in each place.

Thanks a lot.... once I know the way we are going I'll ask you for info. I am
still trying to convince H, I don't understand why he doesn't want to go.. he
wants my poor brother to come by bus (he's too cheap to rent a car, he's been
calling me collect so as not to spend 20 bucks in a calling card.. he'll pay
for it here taking me out to diner!)
