Need help getting quilting done

I have 2 Log Cabin tops, one king size and one twin which I bought at a
Church Fair last year. I would love to have these made into quilts. I
have the backing and the batts but need someone who can do the quilting
for me. Have seen adverti***ts in the magazines and on the net for
machine quilting but don't know if this is a good idea. What does it
look like?
Are there people who hand quilt for others?
Is it terribly expensive? Any help you could
offer to get these quilts completed I would sure appreciate.

Marion...your best bet is to get in touch with a local quilt guild or quilt shop and ask
if there's anyone who can do it locally. The hand quilting will be more expensive, but
good machine quilting can look very nice also. Ask to see samples to help in making your
decision. If you need help finding a place near you just post again and we'll be glad to
assist you.
