Bead Need

Dear Persons,

I am working on a candle project and I need nonflammable beads to hold a
fiberglass wick. They need to be cylindrical with a length between
11/16th and 1/2 inch or between 18 and 14 millimeters long. The hole
needs to be between 1/16th and 1/4 of an inch in diameter. Outside
diameter of the bead in not critical.

I live in Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey. Thank you in advance for any
help you can offer.

If the wick is going through these beads and there is going to be heat or flame
in contact with them,  I think many natural stones and glass beads might crack
in this situation.  Metal, perhaps?  Candle flames aren't terribly hot so
melting shouldn't be a problem, but I wouldn't expect the finish to stay
unchanged.
