This morning I was finishing getting the latest consignment of spoons
ready to post. A knocking came at the front door.
It was the postman with a large box. Now I was expecting some vitamins
coming but I thought the box over large for that. It was heavy too.
I read the sender. Helen Page. I thought my goodness I did say I would
be interested in one of her first lamp worked beads but it cannot be
this heavy. Then I thought oh no she as parcelled the whole gubbins up
for me to make my own.
But no, you have been at it again with your BFNR or should I say GFNR
goods for no reason.
I read the card and then very quietly shocked I opened all the little
packages. Then I sat down feeling a trifle pale and with a huge lump in
my throat and a few tears trickling down my face.
Later again I went through all the wonderful treasures, marvelling at
Sneaky Sooz you knew very well where the peeps where, and who else knew
I had a love of dogs. How could anyone know that I needed a key holding
board, beautifully hand painted at that.. I have never seen so many
bugle beads in my life. The cute birdy and mushroom and the lovely hand
crafted beads. A dollar note to be preserved for posterity.
There are far too many items for me to list individually. I will arrange
them and take a picture.
Thank you my lovely friends form the bottom of my troublesome heart.
I will sign off with this.
Its not just what you've done for me that makes me love you so.....
It's all the joy of who you are, the friends I have come to know.
