Help: painting 1/144 planes

HI there,

I would like some advice on painting 1/144 aircraft models please!

I am picking up modelling again and I am currently building a few
small aircrafts to get me going. But I have forgoten the technique to
paint fine black lines on the models! I seem to remeber something
about thinning black paint and use a small brush to let the paint run
along the small lines on the model, is this correct? And do I do that
after I have painted the surface or before?

I would appreciate any advice on the techniques involved into getting
those fine lines on the model that help so much with the definition of
the whole thing......Thanks!!

Wils

Hi, all;

I just picked building models again too.
I have a question on what kind of airbrushes/spray guns I should use.
My primary concern is 1/20th scale tamiya formula 1 cars.
I would it to go as fine/detail as possible.

Thanks.

Mike
