opened up the box and the kit looks just fine.  Whats the big deal?  It
almost looks like you could shake the box and come with a decent model.

I just did that......add a little naphtha and a match and after 2
minutes it looks amazingly like a burning F-117..........

OK guys,

Now I have a crusade on my hands.  I am now determined to build the model.
Stay tuned for updates.

Update Number 1:

Ok, I shook the box and nothing happened, so I'll let that one pass.  The
instructions are a little wierd, sorta of like the kind you get with balsa
wood kits.  Decals are nice, *** tires and plastic ones too.  No problems
yet.

In the interests of complete accuracy I feel it necessary to point out
that when Chris says "opened it Saturday" he is talking about A Saturday and
not LAST Saturday. . . . I'm led to believe it was a Saturday somewhere in
the middle of April 1939. . . .
     Go on Chris. . . laugh!!!:<t

I got one of those when they first came out many years ago but it got
stolen by some neighbor kids before I could finish it. I haven't seen it
in the hobby shop in years. Is this a re-issue or has the kit actually
been in production that long? I don't remember any real problems with
assembly, but then it was a long time ago. In any case if I could find
it I'd put up with whatever difficulties are involved just to be able to
add a B-10 to my collection.

Actually, Chris opened it last Saturday and did, indeed, finish it today.

He would have finished it faster, but he turned  the wierd instructions over to
his computer crew from the Nationals.

I guess you had to have been there :-)

Finished..now there's a word open to multiple interpretations--tell me,
Chris, can you use that word in the same sentence as "Loach"? :)

I have already built up *two* this year and one is now in the Smithsonian.
What is the deal?
I still have one left but since I used up all the versions the kits provide
so I  need more references.  Anyone have any photos of them being used in
the Phillipines, Australia or the Balkins during WW2?
TIA,

Rick Griewski
