Anyone have any luck getting replacement parts from Italeri

Post by MLDH » Wed, 12 Jun 2002 12:18:08

Hello,
I stacked up 2x Italeri a/c kits w damaged parts or missing instructions.
I used the email address from their parts ordering insert a couple of weeks
back and have heard nothing from them.

Has anyone tried and gotten any response, or better yet parts, from Italeri?

If you can keep your head when all about you are losing theirs, perhaps you've
misunderstood the situation.

I have not had any problem from Testors/Italeri parts replacement.  I have
always received what I asked for.  Good service.

That's not very long to wait for parts coming from Italy.

Al,
Exactly my point, thanks.

I was just wondering if, since there was no "We got your request" message
returned, if they had even recieved or processed my request.

If the parts and directions are on the way, great, if not I'll have to ask
again or go looking elsewhere.

I was only wondering if anyone had much luck contacting Italeri in Italy via
e-mail  and getting replacement parts. my next question was going to be about
the wait.

I've never gotten such a message from either Testors or Italeri
but have always received the parts I requested.
