You'll need white and red. Probably about ten to one to begin with. If it's
too pale add a touch more red. (or take out some white :).

Along with the red and white mix you might want to add a bit of cad yellow or
yellow ocher for an off red pink

You could also try Model Master "Piping Pink" (2010). (aka German Rose
Pink.)
