anyone else having trouble?

Post by Michael & Lisa McElmurr » Thu, 19 Aug 1999 04:00:00

To all who have responded to my plea for help - thanks so much!  I fear
I've a terrible case of "RCTN withdrawal" (there's no better way to start
and end my day as far as I'm concerned, and my morning caffeine alone just
isn't doing the trick), and, taking a chance it might have been my ISP,
I've sent them 2 online messages (to which they've yet to respond)......
Now that I know definitively the problem is with them, I hope I'll be back
to my morning reading shortly!

Again, thanks for all your help!   Lisa  :-)

Just to let you know... my ISP has NEVER replied to an e-mail I've sent.  I
do know someone who works there so I usually contact him via e-mail.  But, I
would definitely make a phone call.

Mindspring always responds to customer e-mails!
They have a good newsfeed too.
(just a satisfied customer)

Disorganization is merely the sign of a very healthy
individual trying to do more in a shorter period of time
than those lazy, obsessively tidy types who can think of
nothing better to do than straighten objects in drawers
and stuff like that which only feeds their own egos and makes
them think they are better than those of us who are truly gifted.

You are SO lucky!  Mine is a local ISP and they are fairly new to this.
Hopefully they'll settle down to a good routine soon.
