First of all I want to thank everyone for the advice given to me.  I
have a question, one of you had suggested going to a coin show.  How do
I find out about these shows?

To give you more info. on what I have I believe I have about $6,000 to
$10,000 worth of coins but need to confirm this.  I have notes from
abroad (all over) and local.  I have civil war notes and coins and I
also have a few museum pieces.

I am hoping to get $4,500 for what I have but need to confirm what I
have first though.  Again, thanks to all of your replies.  I have
received an overwhelming amount of replies.

Yeah, why should anyone post a reply to your questions here. Only bad
things could result from that:

1. You would actually have to come back and read them. (What a hassle for

2. Someone else might be helped by the replies. (God knows we wouldn't
want that to happen.)

3. Others can reply to the replies and correct or add to them if they are
in error or incomplete. (That would only help make sure the best
information was gathered and no one wants that much good information.)

I don't understand.  You said to reply by e-mail only (someone
obviously did that because the recommendation to try a show wasn't
posted here...a good recommendation by the way) but you had the time
to come back here and re-post?  Why ask for e-mail only responses

Stu couldn't have said it better....
