Why not ask them?  They will tell you that every issue of every paper has
been on time with about 3 exceptions in ump*** years.

You would be surprised at the number of magazines that are printed and mailed
by someone other then the publisher.  There are some fairly good size companys
that all they do is print magazines and mail them for various publishers.

That is an unfortunate slur on the Krause employees, who meet holiday deadlines
every time, but do it short one day. KP has never missed an issue of any of its
numerous publications.

If you will go to www.krause.com and click on the heading referring to
subscriptions they will be glad to send you the missing issue.

Calm down Alan, I didn't mean to put Krause employees in a bad light.  If they
didn't do an issue in the period between Christmas and New Years that was
all right by me.  Heck everybody needs time off.  I was just wondering if they
were doing what some other magazines do during the summer by skipping a
week here and there due to it usually being a slow time for news.

Coin World's parent company, Amos Press, is one of them.

San Francisco.  As of today (2/12) the last issue received was 1/29.
This is common here.  I complained to the Post Office last month.  Next
day, three appeared.  Typically, I get them all out of order (1/22, then
a week later, 1/15)

Still, I've called and complained, and their response has always been to
extend my subscription.

I haven't been following this thread to much but I got my 2/19 Issue today here in the center of the
Arizona Desert.  I get mine fairly regularly at one per week most of the time...

My problems are not as bad as yours, Nooker.  Most of mine arrive on time,
but sometimes it doesn't arrive until Tuesday or Wednesday of the following
week.  I suspect that it is being read by someone at the post office.  If
there is a real catchy front page story, (mules, Farouk double eagle, new
state quarter release), then that issue is delayed.  I suspect yours are
being read also.  3 in one day is to much of a coincidence.
Take a 3 Free issues card in with you next time you go to complain at the
post office and ask if anyone there would be interested in getting some of
their own.  :)

I just got mine on the 13th.  Just the 1/29 issue.  That's it.

Something about some ACG ad where they're trying to deflect criticisms
levelled against them, I think...
