He is asking for $18.95 for "Standard Flat Rate Shipping" on it. He
replyed to me that was a way to pay for his eBay fees. The last item he
sold was a list of "dealers" that sell plasma TV's at low prices. Does
not seem to  me to be a collector, which is ok, but this is RCC, not RCI
(investing).
