Just as an aside, have you ever noticed how many newspaper websites
automatically assume that visitors to that site are from the town in
question, and know where they are located? On this one, you have to go
all the way to the bottom to see a mailing address in Roseburg, OR. I
have seen others that don't even have that.
No problem, just an observation.

I have noticed that too.  Sometimes it is not obvious
exactly where the news item is coming from.
I look for other clues on the news page such as
other local news items that might give an answer
or maybe the email address of the web page.
