Where are the people who have received 1995 series $2 bills located?  When
getting twos at the bank, I either get a pack of used bills or a pack of new
1976 series bills.  Perhaps I should ask if they have a pack of the 1995 series,
eh?

After all these years, why bring back the $2 bill.
It doesn't circulate that much.  Everytime I goto the bank, they only
have about $60 to $70 dollars worth at most.  I think it's great that
they are printing more, but I am curious as to what prompted it.

As I understand it the $2 bill is a regular issue note.  They finally
put all the 1976 into circulation so it's time to print more.

Yeah, but the gubbermint makes a *fortune* selling uncut sheets of
$2's to collectors ... It costs them a couple of cents each to make
each sheet, and they book $64 face in circulation and $8 towards dept.
overhead every time they sell a 32-subject sheet at the Visitors
Center (conveniently located at the end of the BEP public tour), or at
the coin/stamp/syngraphic shows they attend.  I wonder how many $$$$$
are tied up*** on walls since they started selling the sheets
about 20 years ago ...

But if the design never changed, why isn't the series 1976A instead of
1995.
