These are very hard to find. And the price is going up.

I could sell you a complete set of 79, 80, 81, and a 99 mint set. the price would be $45.00

Well, there were not 1981 SBA souvenir sets issued by the government. Some
dealers have cut up mint sets and encased them in plastic.
