The greed of these countries in spewing out dozens of NCLT issues a
year has precluded the possibility of this being revived; no one would
ever attempt such a collection now. The Krause-Mishler catalogs are
still attempting to keep up, but I predict that it won't be long before
the Isle of Man (perhaps a few others too) have a catalog all to
themselves.

The Australian standard, MacDonalds, is a paperback about an inch thick.
Whilst I acknowledge (and often grizzle about) my country's propensity for
producing oceans of dreary NCLT, I don't doubt that other Commonwealth
countries are just as bad.
The combined volume (the book, that is) would be huge - unless, of course,
it just gave prices for circulating (or "once"-circulating) currency. Then
I'm sure a slim volume could cover the lot.
