Anyone Familiar with older Cleveland-area coin dealers?

Post by Nick Knig » Wed, 07 Jan 1998 04:00:00

I saw someone else post a "whatever happened to ..." query, and it spurred
my imagination.  A couple of months ago I went back to a coin dealer's
shop with whom I'd done much business a long time ago.  The shop was gone!
I guess it *had* been quite awhile :)

This dealer was always fair and honest.  I'd love to find him/them if
they're still doing business.

Anyone familiar with Ceder Center Coins, on Cedar Road in University
Heights (might be Cleveland Hts)?

Thanks in advance,

Nick

The 1997 "Numismatic Dealer Directory" lists Cedar Center Coin Co.
at P. O. Box 21251, Cleveland, OH 44118, phone 216-321-5959.
Sounds like they just closed the shop and are working from home now
... *very* common in the coin biz these days ...
