1974-D Lincoln Memorial Penny Error?

1974-D Lincoln Memorial Penny Error?

While looking at a collection of Lincoln pennies, a peculiar flaw in
one caught my eye.  I have a 1974-D Lincoln Memorial penny in XF
condition, but the top of Lincoln's head is slightly flat.  The
appearance shows more spacing between the word "WE" and the top of
Lincoln's head.  I looked through the other 1974-D pennies I had and
couldn't find another like it.  I was wondering if anyone else had
come across a penny like this, and whether this can be classified as
a minting error?

this penny was probubly stuck bt a weak die.  It is possable something got
cought between the die and the coin (grease, coppor fragments, cloth...)so
the head was weak.  Either way this error does not get a high premium.
Expect (if it the die struck the coin w/ something stuck in it) no more
than $2
