Dear friends,
A friend of mine won this commemorative from my local coin club
today.  She said that I could have it, on one condition:
She wanted to know if the commemorative date 6/6/67, was before or after the
six day war in Israel.

OK.  We searched online, and could not find it.  Someone here must collect
commemoratives...and might know the answer.  I want to keep this, and keep my
word about answering this question for her.  I am curious, too.  Thanks for
any help you can give.
             Roxanne

BTW, if it helps, Mr. Eban was an ambassador to the US from Israel.  He was
born Aubrey Solomon.

... and was later the Foreign Minister if I remember correctly.

According to my encyclopedia the war started on 5th June 1967.

The war began 6/5/67.

Thank you, Brad!  There were 2 people here who knew the answer, and 1
at my coin club.  I appreciate the help.  The coin is now mine!
