US Mint web site having problems?

Or is it just me?

I'd planned to place an order tonight.  I would have to cut out some
of the items I'd previously placed in my shopping cart, for financial
reasons.  But, attempting to access the shopping cart (or 'check out
now') results in a page stating ...

The United States Mint could not find the page you are looking for. If
you would like to place an order you can always call 1-800-USA-MINT

In playing with the site, I attempted to add some items to the
shopping cart, thinking I might get there and then be able to delete
some of the items so I could then proceed with my real order.  I then
got a message saying my shopping cart was full & to please check out
now.  I'd never seen that message before.  But, it still wouldn't let
me get to the shopping cart.  Got the message (above) on every
attempt.  For what it is worth, I've tried with both Netscape and
MSIE.

Well, shucks, apparently nobody thought my question was even worth
responding to.  Updating my own post.  I still can't access my
shopping cart.  Placed an order via telephone today, and reported the
problem.  12 hours later, no improvement.
