Opinions (or good scientific facts, whichever) needed. I'm trying to
put together my own first recipe. Will Vienna malt convert itself or
do I need some 2-row? I'm considering adding 2-3 lbs to an IPA recipe.
How about 2-3 lbs Vienna and 1 lb wheat - will that convert on its
own? There would also be 1 lb or crystal in there (I know this doesn't
need to convert, but it would be present).
