i got a steam beer brew kit the other day..Brewers Best...and it comes with
everyting ya need ie..2 cans munton and fison light, crystal,
burton salts, boiling and finishing hops, irish moss, and
muntons active brewers yeast(dryed)

question is....isn't steam beer supposed ta use Lager yeast?  it
seems that this muntons is a ale yeast(says "ideal of ales" on the
package)...maybe im
wrong... if im right would using wyeast california lager yeast brew
alright at room temp?(70 degreesish)
