Let's try this again,
There are two stores in Ottawa that have what you need.
Defalco's (722-9945) on Gladstone Av. (there's also one in the
west-end) has a good supply of U.S. and Canadian malts. The
Hop Stop (748-1374) on Montreal Rd. has all yer basic grains,
plus some imported British and German malts.
For bulk orders, try Grain Process Enterprises in Scarborough
(416-291-3226). They are the regional supplier/wholesaler of
Canadian grains (and various dry goods). The unshipped price
of 50K of Canadian (Harringon ?) 2-row is about $35. So if
you're the area, the price can't be beat.
Both the retailers will do bulk orders for you, but the price
will likely double. Still, it beats their regular rates.

Cheers, steve
