Just want to make sure before I start a batch tomorrow.  But Russian
Imperial Stout kit.  5 gallons.

Is this US gallons or imperial gallons?  GUessing US, due to fact company is
in OH, and that they only say to use 53 bottles, but I want to make sure.
Last time I did a munton's kit, and made it to 5 us when it should have been
5 imperial.

Thanks
Joel

I'm pretty sure Brewer's Best uses US measurements.

John.
