Tom Gorski wondered if the white flecks on the surface means that his
beer has developed an infection.  This also happened with an IPA that
I made a few months ago, and everything turned out great.  I dry-hopped,
but after I noticed the white flecks, I pulled out the muslin bag.  I
couldn't tell if the flecks were dense clusters of bubbles or
floculated yeast.  Any ideas?  So I would just relax and taste the beer
when you rack it for bottling.  My guess is that it's fine.
