I just ordered the ingredients for my next 5 batches.
I would like a few of you guys to have a look and tell me what ya think.
Suggestions are welcome, but there's probably not much I can do at this
point, just looking for some input.
Using Nottingham dry with this one.
I'm trying like hell to recreate my second batch.
Got most of this from the group, but adjusted a little.
Substitute German Magnum for the Chinook.
This final came out a little high, if I partial mash here, will any of those
be fermentable? Guess I need to brush up on partials this week also.
Using wyeast Irish here.
Using American Ale I here. This is a slightly modified version of niner.
Whitbread English Ale here.
Substitute German Pearle for the Galena.
I added the brown sugar due to seeing it in many IPA recipes, just wanted to
try that out.
This is another one that I'm trying to recreate from an earlier batch. It
was responsible for turning me towards the Porters. Could be that I give
this one a little boost depending on what's left over.

Well, there you have it. These will be my first full boils also, getting a
new pot along with the stuff.
