Is the One-Step cleaner that is supplied with the Brewers Best Kits
adequate to sanitize or should bleach be used as a better agent. Just
before I bottled I soaked the empty bottles in the One-Step water
solution. I did not rinse, but only allowed the bottles to drip dry for
a few minutes. Was it necessary to rinse the bottles with plain water
after soaking in the One Step. The directions indicated that rinsing was
not needed.
