brewing in asia using locally available raw materials (can't find any kits / brewshops here)

Hi,

I live in SE Asia and am interested in doing some brewing here.  I used
to brew a little in the UK as a student (mainly kits like Tom Caxton's
and a bit of wine) so I know the basics but the problem is there is no
real home brew community here that I've never seen any kits around.  I'd
like to try some brewing with the basics (ie sourcing raw ingredients
locally).  Does anyone have any advice on getting started and what to
use for fermentation / storage given there is no specialised equipment
available here.

The climate here is consistantly in the 27C to 30C range which should
make for a good fermentation right?

Thanks
