Little Joe II

Hey, does anybody out there have a Little Joe II kit for sale.  I'll be
willing to pay top dollar for it.  I'll also be willing to purchase a
scratch built Little Joe II already flown, however must be scale.  I also
want to purchase a Vostok rocket.  Scratch built or kit doesn't matter.

Thanks

So you want a Vostok, eh?  So do I!  I was just doing some Christmas
shopping, and incredibly, I found an actual commercial Vostok kit!
The kit is made by Cosmodrome, and is sold by Discount Rocketry:

Too cool!  Motor req'd is a H242-S.  Other specs:
Length: 45"; Diameter: 3.10/2.46"; Wt.: .55oz.

(I have no affiliation w/ Cosmodrome nor Discount Rocketry.)

Hey Jim -

Which Little Joe II kit are you looking for in particular?  Estes made a
1/100 scale kit recently and a 1/70 scale kit in the 1960's.  Centuri made a
1/100 scale kit (which is what Estes reissued) and a 1/45 scale kit.  Cox also
made a 1/110 kit in the early 1970's that is also hard to find.  Prices range
from about $25 to $300+!

Didn't know about the Cox kit, was it as inaccurate and poorly done as other
Cox "scale" models?
