Estes. It took them almost 3 months to get around to sending me a
replacement for a misprinted decal sheet for a Black Brant II. I finally
got tired of waiting and faxed them a "what's going on here". At that
point it "only" took them 2.5 weeks to send me the sheet. No apology, no
letter, nothing but a (slightly crumpled) replacement decal sheet in a
bubble envelope. Not even marked "do not bend".
