Jetex on e-bay

Jetex on e-bay

Post by Jdbui » Fri, 17 Mar 2000 04:00:00

I just had an auction abruptly cancelled by the e-bay gods because I had some
Jetex fuel pellets and engines in my auction.

This was stuff from the late 1950's.

Is Jetex considered "rocket fuel" in the modern sense?  How explosive is it?
Pardon my ignorance as I am not a rocket person, but the hard little "pellets
of sawdust" looked pretty tame to me.  (famous last words of someone, I'm
sure!)

TIA

Same thing happened to me when I tried to sell a Cuda glider and motors.
I ended up selling the Cuda on ebay and the motors on ROL.

ROL auctions are your best bet for selling motors.

I think eBay cancels anything that can be considered fuel, no matter how
innocuous.
