My LOC IV is ready

My LOC IV is ready

Tomorrow is the NTHP launch in Windom Texas. My cert 1 flight
will be made with my modified LOC IV. I ended up sloting the
centering rings (al la NCR) and cutting a we bit off the fin root
to allow them to seat in the slots. A VERY firm fin mount, much better
than the stock. LOC should do this in their kits. Also I added
an additional ring to the fin system. I used the UMRS (PVC) engine
mount shown in last months SpRocketry. Looks good.

Excellent Ted,  Sounds like you've made the right choices.  Good luck on the
cert attempt.  H97?   H128?
