Need instructions for LOC Magnum!

Need instructions for LOC Magnum!

Post by Joe Cacciato » Sun, 14 Jul 2002 08:27:24

I just received my LOC Magnum from UPS and I have a problem already.
The kit came with no instructions. Granted, the instructions are
probably just a sheet of paper but with vital info.

If anyone has the instructions could you scan them in and email it to
me ASAP? I called the dealer and sent a note to LOC but with this
being a Friday night, I won't hear anything until next week and I
loose a whole weekend of construction. Thanks.

Joe,

Did you get a card with a picture of the Magnum in the package?  The 1 page
instructions are on the back side of that 8.5" x 11" card.

No, no picture or instructions or anything. The only paper show how to
assemble the coupler. The kit was opened by the dealer but he claims
he didn't take it out. Anyway, I got the directions and now I am
downloading the fin guide template from Jerry.

Sure, make fun of my misfortune. How many people do you know buy a kit
and don't get the instructions?? 8-)

My personal web page is aply named "If I didn't have bad luck...."

Guess what? I sent the BBX video to PML for their comments since it
was their rocket and CPR system. Their comment? "...a case of "bad
luck" more than anything else.."  That explains everything in a nut
shell.

Joe C.

P.S. But if I glue the nosecone on how will the chute come out?? 8-)

Joe,
BASH the son-of-a-gun!  Add stuff, subtract stuff, bash it man, bash it!

Hmm, let's see, a reducer so the the top is the same size as a Big Daddy,
then use the Big Daddy nosecone, what else....hmm...oh, ok, some canard
fins, made with balsa, then a cargo bay using the estes clear tubing, gotta
have MORE reducers.....heck, have fun.

Oh, and the part about the nosecone....I didn't see any evidence of you
glueing the first nosecone on, and it didn't make a lot of difference did
it?  GLUE IT ON............LOL  I crack me up.

Now, when MY bbx goes up, and crashes, YOU can harass ME, cus I'll be sure
to send you the video, whether it crashes or not!

hehehehehehe
Ask me again about my daughter!  LOL LOL LOL
