Hello,
I've posted several times here getting advice and stuff. Well I got my
kit in today and was looking thru it. I noticed that it did not have decals.
Since this is my first kit besides estes I don't have a clue if it's suppose to
have them. I read the parts list and it did not mention anything about them. I
am assuming it is not suppose to have them, am I right? If it's not suppose to
have decals is there a place I can get them for a good price? I like decals on
my rockets and saw in the picture on the wrapper, it came in, it had decals
that looked neat. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

I make decals for kits that don't have 'em with my laser printer. Go to a
art/drafting supply store and buy dry transfer film. (Transparent plastic with
sticky backing.) Make a design in Corel or Powerpoint or any package that lets you
work with fonts and dingbats. Print out test designs on plain paper, cut 'em out,
and "test fit" them on the rocket.   When you've got a design that's nice, print in
out on the dry transfer film.

Since the stuff is expensive, I fill up the unused parts of the page with generic
stuff, like CP markers and "Stefan Jones ~ Tripoli #696".

J.,   I've got a pic on our webpage of Eric's Lil' Nuke.  We used "mailbox"
letters that I found at West Marine.  They're vinyl stick on letters used
for boat numbers.  I think they were 30 cents or less.  In fact, the LOC IV
and Minie Magg have the same thing,  just different size and color.  Some
other stores have the letters but I couldn't find the right size and color.
