I wouldn't know *how* to make a personal attack on an administrative body
like a board of directors. I don't think it's possible, unless you define
any criticism as such, but then your statement is vacuous.

Ouch.

I would, however, offer the entire body of the Cato Chronicles, Kaplow's
Komplaints and Irvine's attempts to irritate as much better examples of
vacuousness.  All talk and no action.
