Jetex 50 motors and fuel are available through Peck Polymers.  I don't
have their address handy, but any hobby shop that sells Free Flight
airplane goodies should have it -- might even have the motors in stock!

The info I have on them (from rec.models.rc) says to send $4.00, which I
think I did.  They also have CO2 piston engines which look neat even if they
are probably useless for rockets...

I called them today, and they no longer carry Jetex engines. The main
reason for that decision, according to the woman who answered the phone,
was the difficulty in obtaining the fuel.
