"NCR Bomarc help" or "The Joy of Owning a Dog"

Arrgg. I'm about half way though building my bomarc and my dog ate my
directions.  No really he did. I looked on Jimz site but he doesn't have any
or the NCR kits.  Anyone know where I can find the directions on-line?
thanks

Don't know on the net but I can send ya a copy of mine.  I'm building this
kit right now also.  Or, maybe I can scan in a pg or two and send it.

Next time when building rockets and stuff, either do it in a room you
wouldnt let your dogs in, or get this stuff (at a pet shop) called
Lassie trainer or something like that. It's a chemical repellant for
dogs and cats alike. They hate this stuff, so if you spray some on the
rocket part and instructions they will NEVER go near it again. But be
careful, this stuff smells horrible! dont spray too much unless you like
smelling that stuff.

See, dogs dont read past a first grade level, and so the word "bomarc" looks
a lot like "bone" to them...
By the way, were'd you find the kit?

I got it from one of Jim's Hobbies auctions on ROL.  I just HAD to get one.
The Bomarc is a sharp rocket =)

P.S. Anyone have any experience with using higher powered motors in the kit?
Seems like it might noy hold up that well but it would be nice to send it
off with something a bit more powerful.

I like cats, they taste like chicken.

Test any such product first. When our dog was a puppy, we were told to put
Tobasco on anything she chewed to stop it. Well, she liked everything I did,
including rockets and Tobasco.***ed it rigt off my wife's finger. We used
other methods.

Cats are easier to deal with. Just put them inthe payload section.
