You can download plans for either the original, pre-kit Mars Snooper (as
published in Model Rocket News some 30 years ago), or the last kit
version, from JimZ's archives.  The original is at:

There aren't any *** parts needed for either one; you can make the
shrouds yourself, and the nose cones on the pods can still be had in
PNC-5 assortments.

Personally, this would be the way I'd go, and build it in the original
version; I like the pod design better on that one.
