NIce drwaing but L2 and S2 shoud be in parallel. in your drawing thel only
time l2 will light is when the launch button is pressed. I also assume that
that is not a wire hardwired accross your safety switch, thereby making it
inoperative.

Yes, that IS Correct Sir, the only time that L2 will light is when the
launch button is pushed, the light will only draw the amount of current /
Voltage it needs , but it is only used to show that Current / Voltage is
going out to the Ignitor, it is not used as a Continuity check to insure
that the Ignitor is making a complete path, and yes your assumption about
the little extra wire across the 'safety Plug', if it was wired up like that
, it would then be inoperative, but hope readers here would assume also that
this would be in the 'armed stage' because if it wasn't , I'm sure I would
get feedback on why the circuit wouldn't  work because I don't show the
safety plug being in and is an open circuit.
