I just painted my Estes Mk 109 stingray, a little run :-| , but nuthing
major......problem is, my hands look like I got in a fight with a Yeti!
Maybe I'll wear***gloves next time!  but ooops (low odor formular)
cleaned it off really well, I was impressed.  I'll apply my decals when I'm
satisfied...what should I cover them with (clear nail varnish?) or should I
go with something else?

Painting aside, I hope you used clay in the nose. The original kit had none
and it was quite unstable on B and C motors most of the time. The addition
of clay solved the problem (unless you get a motor with a bad nozzle - one
that erodes asymmetrically during firing).

Good luck.
