TRA Election

We are going to have a Moch TRA President election.

The only people that are qualified to vote are Tripoli Members.  The only
people qualified for running are the current Board of Directors.   After
thinking it over vote on who's worked the hardest, who's the most dedicated
and who's the most experienced.

Forget about the magazine contreversity.

Now I ask everyone that reads RMR and is a Tripoli member to vote.
Please use your name so those synics out there that think the last election
was fixed, let's see if they are right or wrong.  And for those of you who
have been quite, now is the time to stand up and be counted.  And for the
pussies out there, that are afraid to be contreversial, my best advice is to
get a life and take up golf.

Careful Ky this public type voting would clearly violate TRA
rules.

Aloha,
I voted for*** Embry.
As soon as I was done woting, I let my TRA membership lapse.
I voted in the TRA election, but now that I am no longer a TRA member, does
that mean I cannot vote iny our election?
I am NAR, and will continue to be NAR to avoid losing my Certifications. If and
when TRA smells clean, I will re-join.

I sure am glad my budding daughter rocketeers aren't allowed on the internet...it sure would be nice if people would remember once
in awhile that this isn't the guy's gym locker room.

Bill;

You're right, you caught Jodi, I and Bruce Lee in a golf game.  But, I
wouldn't exactly call that golf, but we did have a good time.

David;

I'm sorry if I offended you.  To me the word *** is not a *** word - it
is a sign of weakness.  If I thought it would offended anyone I would not
have used it.  I was just trying to get my point across.

Koen;

I'm not attacking Tripoli in any way.  I happen to be a happy member.  I did
this only in a positive way to prove to the skeptics that the election was
not fixed.

Ky,
I'm beginning to change my opinion about you. Posts like this don't help your
image or your company's image one bit.  I suggest that you start thinking before
shifting your fingers into gear in the future.  Not only have you recently
alienated a lot of fliers that witnessed your tirade at LDRS, but now you want
to further destroy your reputation in RMR. I find it very hipocritical of you to
condemn flamers on RMR when you, yourself, flame your competition and the ex-TRA
members on RMR.

Having to use those words at all to get your point across show either 1) lack of
any higher education, 2) no respect for the people that have to read it.

If you want a "fair election" then have it open to the popular vote, not to just
members of the board.  Keeping it in the board is saying that even if BK doesnt
win it stays with the good ole boys.  I would suggest maybe seeing a popular
vote amongst TRA members.  If you really want to do this Ky I have an online
voting booth that can be set up that records people's IP addresses so the ballot
boxes can't be "stuffed".  It also allows write-ins, lets see who the people
REALLY want as their president, if BK wins fair and square, so be it, if someone
else wins then so be it also.  This also means that I being a neutral vendor
will hold onto the vote tallies so that there can be no argument of anyone
changing or playing with numbers... Fair?

Andrew;

You hit it right on the button.  I have a ninth grade education.  Let me ask
you this, have you ever said an off colored word in your life?  Like I
posted before, if you have a sick mind you can make anything dirty.  The
word I used was to express weakness, lack of backbone, wimpy - I guess I
should have used that adjective.  And by the way, I'm proud of my ninth
grade education becuase I have had the opportunity to achieve many things
throughout my life by not having to work for anyone and being my own boss
and having an exciting and productive lifestyle.

Mark;

I'm thinking about putting up a gossip columne in the Rocketman website.  Do
you have any interest of being the Dear Abby of High Power Rocketry?  Cause
if you do, your the man.  As you know, my heated discussion with Me2
Rocketry was witnessed by 4 people, not the whole Tripoli membership and I
have every right in the world to express my concern about copying my
patented idea and you would have done the same thing.  I've already heard
you say at one time you thought I was God and now you've changed your
opinion because I had a frank and honest discussion with somebody that you
had no business to listen in on.  And yet you chose to exploit this little
incident.  Anyone that would be so stupid to look up to me or call me God
has got their priorities in the wrong place.  I'm a human being and I've
made many mistakes in my life and I will admit to that.
