I'm another victim of a D-12 ejection charge faluire. What is the best way to
report this to Estes? I have a street address, but couldn't find an e-mail
address anywhere on the web page.

Thanks for the help

I'd call them on the phone.  I've always had pretty good results with
their CS department.  Phone # is (719) 372-6565.  If your rocket was
destroyed, make sure you tell them that too.  :)   HTH.

Yup,  Estes customer service has been very good to me as well.  I sent
copies of MESS forms to them, from 2 separate incidents.  In 3 weeks I
had replacement kits and motors.

They have also replaced many lost or damaged parts for free.  Call or
write them.  I'd also fill out a MESS, available online at the NAR
site:

http://www.nar.org/NARmessform.html

or mail a copy in.
